Chris Teets

Co-founder and Partner of Red Mountain Capital Partners LLC, an activist investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to founding Red Mountain was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2000, worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup from 1998 to 2000. Currently serve on the boards of Marlin Business Services Corp (MRLN), Air Transport Services, Inc. (ATSG), and Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. (NATR). Previously served as a director of Encore Capital Group, Inc. (ECPG) from May 2007 until June 2015, Affirmative Insurance Holdings, Inc. (AFFM), from August 2008 until September 2011 and Yuma Energy, Inc. (YUMA) from October 2016 until June 2018. Mr. Teets received his Masters degree from the London School of Economics and his B.A. from Occidental College.
