Austin Neudecker

Austin is a local San Diegan and founding partner at Weave Growth. Since inception, his firm has completed 10 acquisitions, including 3 platforms across business services, healthcare, and distribution. Austin is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator, previously growing Rev.com to over $100M ARR. He is an active investor & mentor to early-stage businesses and the co-founder of Startup San Diego, helping launch regional entrepreneurs. A day was named in his honor by the City of San Diego and he contributes weekly to the Union Tribune’s Econometer column. Austin attended MIT, Wharton MBA, and Y Combinator for his education.
