Ken is a Managing Director at MPA. He is responsible for transaction origination, engagement design and execution, client development and overall delivery of service. Ken has experience in a number of industry segments including power and infrastructure, regulated utilities, renewable energy, real estate, technology, software, media, non-profits and quasi-government entities.

Background
Prior to joining MPA Ken was part of the Power and Infrastructure Investment Banking Group at Scotia Capital Inc. During this time Ken was involved in a number of successful equity, debt and M&A transactions for corporate clients in Canada and the U.S.

Personal
Ken has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and a MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. In addition, Ken is a CFA Charterholder.
