Jennifer is the President and CEO at Harding Fire Protection, a leading fire and life safety services company in Ontario. An experienced management professional, Jennifer began her career in marketing communications, holding several creative and project management positions before taking the position of Senior IT Strategic Advisor in the Ontario Public Service. Jennifer joined her family’s business, Harding Fire Protection, in 2006, as Vice President, Finance, and in 2011, Jennifer she became a partner. In 2015, the founders, her parents, retired, and she purchased the company.  Leading the family business through such a transition has been the biggest challenge of Jennifer’s career. Jennifer is an active member in the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association and the Women President’s Organization.
