Charles has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. Before joining Capital West Partners in 2015, he spent more than 10 years as Senior Vice President and head of Corporate Finance in British Columbia for a national accounting firm, where he focused on advising private companies on divestitures, acquisitions, and financings. Prior to that, Charles was with BMO Nesbitt Thomson, TD Securities, and National Bank Canada as Managing Director in BC, and focused on leading M&A and financing transactions for public companies.

Charles has a strong reputation for lsitening to the goals of his clients and achieving efficient and successful outcomes in the transactions he leads.

Charles obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Sauder Business School at the University of British Columbia.
