Rob is the perfect definition of a successful entrepreneur. He has founded multiple companies since his birth in 1972; ranging from forestry reclamation, to mechanical insulation, to plastics. Family is very important to Rob and his wife, Tammy. Together they built and operated several successful companies focused on innovation; the most noteworthy being Ideal Products Group, which has grown to more than six manufacturing locations around the globe. Rob is passionate about cultivating a winning culture within organizations and rallying people to a brighter future. With clear personal and professional core values, Rob was able to lead and mentor his team to take over the day to day operations of his businesses, allowing him to passively and successfully run the businesses for the last 5 years. He divested his interest in his operating companies in 2021. Rob continues to keep his time occupied in investing and spending time with the family.  Although kind and supportive, Rob has a no nonsense attitude and is clear in what he expects from himself and others; leaving room only for growth and success.
