Tracey’s entrepreneurial drive led her to join our team in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in finance, she has a knack for discovering financial solutions, ensuring our clients can grow, acquire and transition effectively. Based in Winnipeg, Tracey is responsible for origination, execution and portfolio management.

Prior to First West Capital, Tracey built her diverse experience in finance and commercial banking at both Royal Bank and Scotiabank. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Manitoba; where she now coaches business case competitions. She currently sits on the board for
Misericordia Hospital Foundation and Triathlon Manitoba.
