Omni MCA serves small and mid-sized businesses across Canada, many of them family enterprises, guiding them through transformation towards achievement of their corporate goals.
For almost 20 years Cheryl has delivered a pragmatic and collaborative approach to strategic planning, strategy activation, business coaching and team leadership and accountability. Prior to launching her consulting career, Cheryl worked for the federal government promoting Canadian agriculture and agri-food exports throughout the Middle East. She brings this global perspective to her clients and also offers international trade advisory services.
