Cheryl Lockhart is a founder and partner with Omni Management Consulting Alliance, a consulting firm tackling the challenges company owners face at each stage of growth – from start-up to exit. Omni MCA serves small and mid-sized businesses across Canada, many of them family enterprises, guiding them through transformation towards achievement of their corporate goals.

For almost 20 years Cheryl has delivered a pragmatic and collaborative approach to strategic planning, strategy activation, business coaching and team leadership and accountability. Prior to launching her consulting career, Cheryl worked for the federal government promoting Canadian agriculture and agri-food exports throughout the Middle East. She brings this global perspective to her clients and also offers international trade advisory services.

Cheryl is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and was part of the team to win Silver Medal Constantinus Awards in 2018 and 2021 from the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes. The Constantinus International Award promotes excellence in consulting services and was conferred to the team for their one-on-one business coaching to help small businesses overcome natural disasters (wildfires in Fort McMurray) and COVID-19 (Sylvan Lake).

Cheryl volunteers with several community groups and serves as a director for Edmonton-area conservation and sport not-for-profit organizations.
