Deborah Rodrigo is the Chief Operating Officer of HighStreet Insurance Group and a TEC Canada Chair.  HighStreet Insurance Group is a privately owned boutique insurance brokerage that offers tailored insurance products and sound risk management advice. Deborah has been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years and has previously held numerous executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer for both public and private entities.  Through out her career she has been a Board Director for nine different Not For Profit entities and five private entities.  Deborah is currently a Board Director for Capital Region Housing Corporation, and sits on the Advisory Board of two privately held corporations.
