Ted Kouri is the Founder and President of Incite, an Edmonton-based boutique M&A advisory firm that supports clients with market strategy, communications, stakeholder relations, and brand integration. Started in 1999, Incite works with strategic buyers, private equity firms, family offices, and owner-managed private companies to ensure successful transaction communication, brand and culture integration, and post deal growth planning. Incite has served as a communications and strategy advisor on many deals, including CompuVision’s merger with VC3, Vantage Living’s sale to Aster Joint Venture Limited Partners, Noralta Lodge’s sale to CIVEO, and Pomeroy Lodging’s acquisition of their Kananaskis property.

Ted is an active volunteer, having recently chaired the boards for Edmonton Community Foundation, AIESEC Canada, and Synergy Network. Ted is a former recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Small Business Owner and BDC Young Entrepreneur awards. Ted is passionate about business, community, and family. He also loves sports and will play just about anything if you promise to keep score.
