Aroon Sequeira is the founder and Chairman of Sequeira Partners, one of Western Canada’s leading M&A and Valuation Advisory firms with locations in Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Since inception in July 2010, Sequeira Partners has completed 49 transactions with total Enterprise Value in excess of $2.2 billion with 9 of these transactions exceeding $100 million. Aroon’s expertise includes sourcing, negotiating, and structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions; raising capital; and providing valuations and fairness opinions to private and public companies. Over the last 30 years, Aroon has advised on hundreds of transactions involving clients and counterparties in Canada, the United States, and internationally. Prior to founding Sequeira Partners, Aroon was the Edmonton managing partner of one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he also headed the Alberta mergers and acquisitions practice.
