Coach Atlantic Maritime Bus, part of the Cassidy Group of Companies, is one of Canada’s most diversified bus transportation companies, providing service for group charters, cruise ship passenger excursions, multi-day tours, daily inter-city passenger and parcel line run, municipal transit,  and school bus routes.

Coach Atlantic Maritime Bus is a family owned and operated business, which was started by Matthew’s Father in 2005 with the purchase of his motorcoach company. Matthew joined the company in 2015 in the role of Vice President – Finance and took on the role of President in 2020.  

Growing through acquisitions has been a key part of Coach Atlantic Maritime Bus’s success. Over 20 entities have been acquired since 2005 and the Group now has over 500 employees and 275 vehicles on the road. Matthew has played a key role in their acquisitions since he started with the company. The largest acquisition to date was purchasing Halifax based Ambassatour’s Motorcoach Division in September 2019.
