Lauren Ledwell is CEO of discoverygarden, a market leading technology company that provides digital asset management and preservation solutions to institutions and governments internationally.

Prior to discoverygarden, Lauren built her career in financial services and worked globally to lead large-scale digital transformation & innovation. She was on the founding team of RBC Ventures (newly RBCx) and holds a patent for digital money movement technology.

Lauren has experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech and Consumer Goods and has co-founded 3 of her own ventures, including QuantumSense which was a successful graduate of the first quantum machine learning track of CDL Toronto. She is currently a Venture Partner with Tidal Ventures, active angel investor, and advisor supporting Sandpiper Ventures. Lauren actively supports FORA: Network for Change with a mission to advance the full participation of young women and gender-diverse leaders.
