Mark is a Vice President leading KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice in Atlantic Canada which focuses primarily on acquisition and divestiture areas, financings, and general transaction advisory services. With over 10 years of professional experience, Mark has advised several companies on their M&A initiatives across various sectors.

Mark holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor or Commerce degrees from Dalhousie University, and has earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations during his time at KPMG.
