Georgia Grundmanis is an Advisor on the M&A team at BFL Canada, the largest national independent insurance brokerage. The BFL M&A team is a leading Canadian broker of transactional risk insurance including representations and warranties and tax insurance, as well as insurance due diligence. Georgia has been with BFL for over two years facilitating transactional insurance workstreams for private equity, corporates, search funds and institutional buyers. She prides herself on educating M&A dealmakers on risk management and building long lasting relationships across the country. She also currently sits on the ACG Toronto NextGen committee. Georgia formerly worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE in their Financial Lines Group as an underwriter specializing in Architects and Engineers, Errors and Omissions and Cyber Liability insurance.
