In 2018 Laura sold a 65% stake in her benefits consulting practice to Ellement Consulting Group, joining them as a partner. Ellement Consulting group is a national provider of integrated retirement, benefit, actuarial, investment consulting and benefits administration software development and management.

Ms. Lomow currently serves as a Director of the Winnipeg Construction Association and is a member of the Quality Risk Performance Management committee for Shared Health. She is a past Director of the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba and the Women’s Endowment Fund of Manitoba.  Additionally she has served as the Canadian Regional Chair for the Entrepreneurs Organization, and has participated in numerous community Boards and Committees.

Laura is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, the Canadian Institute for Corporate Directors, and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
