Reena Chaudhary is the Managing Partner of Sia Partners, a next generation global management consulting firm.  Mrs. Chaudhary is responsible for Sia Partners strategic growth and diversification in the Canadian market.  Under her leadership Sia Partners’ Canadian FSS practice has experienced hypergrowth.  

In 2013, Reena recognized a niche market for G20 over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives regulatory reform services and founded RG Advisory. RG Advisory assisted financial institutions in meeting their regulatory obligations.  RG Advisory was the first women-owned and led Capital Markets Regulatory firm in Canada. It was also one of the fastest growing regulatory advisory firms in Canada.  RG Advisory was acquired by Sia Partners in late 2020.

Reena is actively engaged in the entrepreneurship community with an intense focus on improving business conditions for women entrepreneurs and advancement of women leaders in all industries.  She is passionate about mentoring, developing, and promoting the next generation of leaders.  Reena is also a strategic mentor and advises on product development and go-to-market strategy for Fintech Companies. 

Reena holds a BCom from University of Toronto and spent the earlier part of her career in IBM Consulting specializing in Business Transformation, Data, and Risk Management
