Founder,T4G Limited

Geoff Flood is the Founder of T4G Limited, an applied data services company that has delivered analytical solutions to some of North Americans most recognizable brands for 25 years. T4G was acquired by MNP LLP in May 2020 and Geoff continues his tech affiliation in the position of Tech Advisory Leader for Atlantic Canada.

Geoff’s commitment to community and culture has never wavered, leading efforts that have placed T4G on the Top 50 Great Places to Work in Canada for the last 12 years running. His vision led T4G to become a registered B Corp – the first data and analytics firm in Canada. He also founded the Atlantic Big Data Congress, a not-for- profit organization serving to advance the data and analytics capability in Atlantic Canada. Geoff has been widely recognized for sum of his community development efforts with a Doctor of Letters, honoris causa from the University of New Brunswick in 2017.

Geoff was previously Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Dylex Limited – a multidivisional specialty retailer with over 700 stores in North America. In this capacity, he had the executive responsibility for the information technology assets of the Dylex Group of companies. Prior to joining Dylex, Geoff held the position of Information Systems Officer for George Weston Limited (Canada’s largest food processor and retailer) where he coordinated information systems activity across the Weston/Loblaw group of companies. Earlier at George Weston, he was accountable for strategic and corporate planning and financial reporting.

Geoff is actively involved in several boards and charitable organizations and has a special interest in organizations with a strong track record of helping children succeed. Geoff is past-President of the New Brunswick Information Technology Council and past co-Chairman of the New Brunswick Research and Innovation Council. Geoff is currently a board member of the Canada’s Ocean Supercluster and the Atlantic Big Data Congress.

Geoff holds and MBA in Finance from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Francis Xavier University.

Geoff lives in Rothesay, New Brunswick. He is married and has three children.
