Jamie is a Partner in Deloitte’s M&A Advisory group who leads the M&A transaction services practice in Alberta. Jamie has over 15 years of professional services experience with the past 10 years focused on providing M&A advisory to corporate and private equity clients across the transaction lifecycle including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction agreement advisory and post-closing support on acquisitions, divestments and carve-outs.

Jamie has advised on over 100 M&A transactions across a wide range of industries with a primary focus on oil & gas including the oilfield services, upstream and midstream sectors. Jamie is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
