Mitch Tetrault is the President and CEO at Monarch Industries, where he has served for 25+ years. He originally joined Monarch in 1987 where he worked in various sales management roles, until he was promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2007, Mitch transitioned to Franklin Electric, where he served 5+ years as the VP of Sales and Marketing – Canada & Consumer. Mitch rejoined Monarch in 2014, where he served as VP of Sales (2014 – 2016), COO (2016 – 2021) and President & COO early 2021 before being promoted to CEO in 2022.
