For over 20 years, Geoff has been advising private business owners and high net worth individuals on a variety of taxation issues, including tax minimization, corporate restructuring, wealth and succession planning, purchase and sale of business interests, and executive compensation.

He has a willingness to bring ideas forward for consideration in a proactive manner, which allows clients to make sound decisions with proper perspective and decision support. Geoff’s ideas and responses are pragmatic and focus not only on solving issues, but creating opportunities for clients, driving innovation in thought and process.

Geoff acquired his CA designation in 2000 and completed the Canadian Institute of CA’s In Depth Tax program in 2003.
