Cheryl Baldwin launched BCP Business Services, now Intrinsic Bookkeeping & Business Solutions, in 2015. Since then the business has grown to be a team of 11, with gross profits increasing an average of 190% year over year.   

Cheryl is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper in addition to being certified in human resources and business continuity planning.

Commitment to supporting her community is a core belief—Cheryl’s been a recipient of both the Queen’s Golden and Diamond Jubilee awards for her volunteer work. 

With her diverse experience working in accounting, economic development, non-profit and disaster management, Cheryl is ideally suited to helping business owners use their finances to make strong business decisions and grow their entrepreneurial pursuits.
