Amanda is the Senior VP Finance, Acquisitions for People Corporation, a national provider of group benefits, group retirement, wellness and human resource solutions and one of the fastest growing companies in Canada. Amanda joined People Corporation last year to support their on-going acquisition opportunities and oversees the financial and operational due diligence processes pre-close, and the integration of acquired companies post-close.

Amanda has significant experience in a variety of finance areas including auditing, technical accounting, acquisitions, internal control, process improvements and digital automation. Prior to joining People Corporation Amanda was with Exchange Income Corporation, a diversified acquisition-oriented corporation in the aviation, aerospace and manufacturing sectors, where she held a variety of roles over the years involving acquisitions, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis and strategic capital investment analysis.

Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree at the University of Manitoba and her Masters of Professional Accounting at the University of Saskatchewan before obtaining her Chartered Accounting designation. Amanda currently sits on the Technology Advisory Committee for CPA Canada.
