She is certified in the Distributed Leader Profiler (DLP), a psychometric that assesses 13 key leadership capabilities specific to remote leadership success. She and her family live in the beautiful Okanagan valley where they love hiking, motorcycles, and their two rescue dogs, Lucy & Wylie.
