Natalie Michael is a CEO and Executive Coach and CEO Succession Advisor.  She advised Boards, and CEOS on how to develop their leadership pipeline, and she coaches executives to advance to the C-Suite.

Natalie has over 20 years experience coaching top executives, is an award-winning consultant for innovative executive development programs, and she is a Master Certified CEO Forum Chair with 9 years experience Chairing CEO Peer Groups.  She is the co-author of:  Your CEO Succession Playbook:  How to Pass the Torch So Everyone Wins.  She led the nominations for the BC CEO Awards three years in a row.

In addition, Natalie held a leadership role in two professional services firms:  Caliber Leadership Systems which was one of the fastest growing companies in BC three years running, and Blast Radius which was one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. 

Natalie has a Masters in Organizational Development, a Degree in Psychology, and she is certified in more than a dozen leadership assessments and coaching interventions.  She is also the author of:  The Duck and The Butterfly:  Coaching Questions for Leaders at Work.
