Overseeing the daily operations of my family’s commercial real estate holdings, my expertise is in all aspects of real estate investment. I manage a variety of properties consisting of multi-tenant, industrial, manufacturing and distribution facilities situated in Surrey and Chilliwack, British Columbia.

With existing holdings of 388,000 feet of premium industrial space, I am open to speaking with individuals with investment property in the Lower Mainland in order to expand Dozyn Dezyn Properties.

Having been trained and apprenticed as a journeyman, I know the nuts and bolts of quality construction. Years of hands-on experience in acquiring, overseeing and managing our company’s holdings has provided me with the negotiation skills to retain tenants as well as successfully deal with banks and mortgage companies.

I seek to grow our Canadian-owned real estate investment business and construct additional tilt up construction warehouses.
