Silvana is a Partner, Practice Leader of the Business Law Group, and Manager of the Corporate Services Department at Richards Buell Sutton LLP. She has a wealth of experience providing strategic legal advice to owners and private companies on a full range of business issues including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, shareholder agreements and business succession. Silvana works closely with her client’s financial and tax advisors in a team approach to implement goal oriented and tax efficient business transition and exit plans.  Her experience spans many industries including food and retail grocery, fisheries, restaurants, real estate, construction and restoration, professional services, technology, manufacturing, and private colleges.

Silvana obtained business and law degrees from UBC and is currently a director with the Association for Corporate Growth.
