Mark is a Director, Growth & Transition Capital, in BDC Capital’s Vancouver office. He supports entrepreneurs with capital that enables them to grow organically or through acquisitions, and also helps them navigate other ownership transitions.

Mark began his career with BDC in 2015, assuming progressively senior roles in financing before joining the BDC Capital team in 2019.

Mark is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (with a major in Finance) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
