As a co-founder of Sequeira Partners in British Columbia, Ken is a respected authority on middle market corporate finance transactions. He has over 17 years of experience advising clients in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan.

He is known for leading and finalizing a wide range of transactions in industrial and diversified sectors. Ken is called upon to assist clients with all aspects of advisory services including business sales, valuations, understanding financing options, and executing merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Ken led the corporate finance practice for a Big Four accounting firm in British Columbia. He has also held senior management and board positions in a growing public company.
