A SAFE BTF VANCOUVER EXPERIENCE
As we advance into the next phases of reopening, we want you to know that your safety is our priority. It is paramount that the correct policies and procedures are put in place to ensure the safest environment possible.
We will take extra precautions, beyond those mandated by Public Health Authorities and The Westin Bayshore Vancouver to ensure our event is exceeding the health and safety expectations set locally. All policies/procedures will be clearly communicated to all registered participants well in advance of the event. All attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend the Business Transitions Forum Conference.
Our expectations are that the onsite experience for BTF attendees will be similar to “normal” by the event date. Please check this page 30 days prior to the conference for the specific onsite health and safety regulations.
While we are optimistic about where we are headed, we understand you may need some extra flexibility this year. If, at any time, it is determined that the event will not take place in November 2021 due to government-implemented health guidelines, you will automatically receive complimentary access to the next BTF event or the option for a full refund. We are also offering a flexible cancellation policy for in-person ticket holders.
Please check back periodically for updates to our health and safety protocols.
