Waldemar manages Transworld in Ontario to be a leading business brokerage and M&A advisory firm focused on owner-managed businesses in the main street and lower middle market across industries.

Waldemar’s professional experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, real property and development project investments, corporate finance, due diligence, strategic planning and forecasting, accounting, audit and other. It also covers several industries, including real estate and construction, consumer and industrial products and services, professional services, automotive, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare, transportation, financial services, prop-tech and other.

Waldemar holds a dual MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Schulich School of Business, York University. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, CPA, CA and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, CPA.
