Ian Macdonell is a Managing Director of Crosbie with over 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets.  Since joining Crosbie in 1999, he has played leading roles in numerous M&A, corporate finance and succession related transactions, and has also provided advice to the Boards of Directors and shareholders of a diverse range of mid-market and corporate clients.  He is currently a director of Zeton International.  Prior to Crosbie, he held investment banking positions at RBC Capital Markets and CIBC Wood Gundy.

He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University.
