I’m a partner in Grant Thornton’s financial advisory group, where I specialize in business valuation and litigation support services. I have more than 15 years of experience working with clients across a broad range of industries preparing business valuation reports in relation to corporate and tax reorganizations, shareholder transactions, shareholder disputes, M&A, and financial reporting, as well as providing litigation support services in connection with financial loss quantification.  I have experience providing expert testimony, having presented evidence in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Tax Court of Canada, and arbitration proceedings.

It’s a priority for me to stay current in my field and uphold the standards of my profession. I’m currently a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV), serving on its Communication Committee, and I’ve been a course leader for the CICBV’s Private Company Finance course. I also enjoy sharing my insights through articles and lectures on the topic of business valuation. When I’m not at work, I coach my son’s competitive baseball team. I also sit on the Board of Directors of the Grant Thornton Foundation.
