Jess Grossman is the Founder & CEO of In Social, a full-service digital marketing agency that acts as the outsourced marketing department for many of their clients. From organic and paid social to drive onlines sales, email marketing and website development to capture leads, audits and data analysis to make informed optimizations, all the way to designing giant digital billboards off of the Gardiner Expressway, Jess and her team have been using the ever-changing online marketing landscape to help businesses reach their goals, whatever they may be. Before earning her BA(hons) from Western University and an MA(hons) in digital marketing and business from New York University, Jess had worked in the marketing world as a freelance consultant to small businesses (at the age of 16) and put her skills into practice to develop the worldwide 10-year old organization, Uncover Ostomy, to break the stigma surrounding ostomy surgery, a medical device that she was given at the age of 13 to avoid death from Crohn’s Disease. Jess spends her days managing a team of 12 skilled digital strategists, designers, developers, copywriters, and advertising specialists to deliver tangible results to her clients.
