Adrian is the CEO of eCompliance, a safety software company which he formed with his business partner after experiencing the impact of a workplace fatality in an upstart renewable power company.  Joining the Alcumus family in 2019, Adrian now leads Alcumus North American region.  Previously, Adrian was an investment professional and board member for a $5 billion private equity firm investing in energy and infrastructure projects across North America and had various roles at McKinsey & Company in the United States serving Fortune 500 executives and government leaders.  Combining this background with his knowledge of workplace safety, Adrian is a thought leader in demonstrating a return on safety and how continuous improvement can leveraged as a competitive advantage.  He is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada.
