Paul has extensive experience in all aspects of Fulcrum’s private equity investments including originating, executing and managing investments. He brings to Fulcrum operational insight through process and management systems analysis gained from hands-on corporate experience through his work as a management consultant. He is currently on the boards of Allied, ACI Brands, GWC Group, Skyservice, Arctic Chiller Group and Innovative Steam Technologies. In addition to his experience as a management consultant, Paul spent time in institutional equities at a large financial institution and a Toronto-based private equity fund prior to joining Fulcrum in 2002. Paul earned his MBA at the University of Toronto after receiving his B.Comm from the University of Guelph. Paul has also completed the ICD Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Board Effectiveness program. Outside of work, Paul is a sports enthusiast and continues to be active in basketball, hockey, cycling and tennis. On the charitable side Paul donates his time and energy to helping the Wellspring Cancer Support Network including joining the Wellspring cycling ride from Toronto to Austin, Texas in 2013.
