Jason is a member of the Lead Advisory team where he focuses on M&A, divestitures, buyouts and capital-raising activities. Jason has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance working for clients in a diverse range of industries. Before joining our team, Jason was a member of HSBC’s investment banking teams in Toronto, New York, London and Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
