Jamie Windle is Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at BDO specializing in transaction support and due diligence services including buy-side and sell-side diligence assistance as well as several special projects. Jamie has a proven track record, spanning over 15 years, of supporting domestic and foreign financial and strategic acquirers in their investment decisions and has significant experience in identifying and resolving critical deal issues.

Prior to joining BDO in 2015, Jamie was with Ernst & Young, LLP’s Transaction Support practice for 9 years providing buy-side and buy-side diligence assistance, and the Assurance practice for 6 years in Ottawa, Ontario and Southampton, England providing audit services to a range of private mid-market and public companies. Jamie has provided diligence services in over 100 deals to a range of financial and strategic buyers in the Manufacturing, Information Technology, Service, Distribution, Mining, Consumer Products and Business Services industries.
