Will Bernard isn’t a fan of incremental change. As Chief Operating Officer at Kindred Home Care – New Brunswick’s largest privately owned home care provider with 950 employees serving 1,200 clients – he approaches every new challenge by asking questions and stepping back to look at the larger picture. He identifies roadblocks by clarifying current limitations, and challenges impossibility until innovative solutions emerge.
Under Will’s leadership over the past decade, he has overseen the continuous expansion of Kindred’s footprint by successfully integrating five acquisitions. During this time, the company has increased its caregiving hours by 6x, from 200,000 hours per year to 1.2 million.
Will is a member of The Order of the Wallace McCain Institute, having participated in SEP4 (Strategic Executive Program).
