Peter Hurme

Pete built his first conference business from scratch for a Seattle-based boutique media/events business before joining Informa, the largest event producer in the world.  There, he had the pleasure of working with Cube Business Media founders Mark and Dave while helping steer Canada’s largest supply chain show and providing market analysis for the venerable Lloyds List. Pete joins Cube Business Media from New York-based ALM Media, where he directed their finance portfolio of events throughout Canada and the U.S. He loves to travel, is a Latin percussionist, along with a growing vinyl collection, and a wine enthusiast with too many dusty bottles of unopened wine. He lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington, a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle, with his wife, Tracy, the world’s fattest chihuahua and two chill cats.
