Natalie Yeadon

President & CEO

Impetus Digital

Founded in 2008, Impetus Digital has been delivering best-in-class virtual and hybrid meetings, events, and programs for life science and pharma companies across the world for over 16 years. After selling the company in January 2024, Natalie transitioned from Co-founder/CEO to President & CEO and continues to lead Impetus’ global workforce.

Before co-founding Impetus Digital, Natalie worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 18 years in various sales, marketing, and early brand commercialization management roles in Canada and the US in several different therapeutic areas. There, she noticed a gap in how pharmaceutical companies engage, educate, and partner with their most important stakeholders and customers, namely healthcare providers, payers, and patients. Traditionally, these engagements would consist of the Pharma team meeting with 5–20 key opinion leaders from across the country in person once a year to gather insights. This approach comes with a hefty price tag, a large environmental footprint, and poor diversity, and does not allow ongoing relationship-building or iterative insight-gathering. Impetus Digital’s proprietary digital platform, life science-specific virtual collaboration tools, and dedicated professional services help overcome all of these barriers.

Natalie has won multiple industry awards for her work at Impetus Digital, including a PM360 ELITE Entrepreneur award in 2021, and for her podcast, “Healthcare Goes Digital. ” She is also the author of The Healthcare Heretic, which has a 4.7-star rating on Amazon.
