Focused on BC Companies making acquisitions across North America. Derek has provided capital in the form of stretch senior, uni-tranche, mezz and minority equity.
Transactions include Private Equity and Family Office Portfolio Acquisitions, Management Buy Ins and Outs, Partner Buyouts, Equity and Debt Recaps, Corporate and Asset Acquisitions and NAV liquidity Facilities.
