Terran learned the construction business literally from the ground up by apprenticing under his father, GS founder Glen Sandwith.  He started in the field as a project manager and estimator, while learning the roles and responsibility of every job at the company.

Now as President & General Manager, Terran is responsible for the overall direction and management of GS Construction.  He charts the course, leads by example and ensures that GS Construction’s Vision, Mission, and Values are upheld every day. 

Terran is a graduate of York University’s Schulich School of Business, and earned an Executive MBA from Queen’s University.
