Sharon Gray CPA CA CBV FEA is the Founder of RDT Valuations Group Inc., a boutique consulting firm focusing on providing specialized financial consulting advice to business families, entrepreneurs and corporate clients. For over 25 years, Sharon has been preparing business valuations and financial assessment analysis for income tax transactions, shareholder buy/sell agreements, matrimonial settlements, litigation matters and for acquisition/divestiture purposes. Sharon has also provided financial consulting services across many industries and to a variety of Canada’s Top 100 companies and legacy families.

Sharon has recently completed her FEA designation (Family Enterprise Advisor), making her one of the few professionals in Canada to hold both the CBV and FEA designations. These designations along with her past experience as a litigation expert, gives her a unique perspective when advising clients on succession and business transaction matters.

Sharon has qualified as an expert witness in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. She has taught courses on business valuations and financial analysis, which has been presented to various law firms, banks and others interested parties. Sharon has been invited to speak by the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the CGA Association of Alberta and others. Sharon was a Founding Member of WINK Calgary – Women Investing in Knowledge – a Speakers Series focusing on providing financial literacy to women. She is currently a Board Member of the Family Enterprise Exchange – Calgary Chapter.

In her spare time, Sharon likes to be outside and active – and is currently being trained to fetch by her two-year-old German Shepherd dog – Cloe.
