As a Vice President with Sequeira Partners’ Edmonton office, Scott brings nearly 10 years of accounting and finance experience and advises clients on their corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising needs. He has experience helping clients determine the expected value of their business; navigating the complexities of the M&A process; and negotiating the structure and execution of divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions. While the M&A process can be daunting, Scott and the team at Sequeira Partners are committed to working alongside their clients throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Scott spent several years with PwC in Winnipeg and as a lifelong learner, Scott holds several well-regarded professional certifications including the CA, CBV, and CFA designations. In addition, Scott obtained his Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club of Edmonton, skiing, and playing hockey.
