Mike Reynolds, CFA, is a Managing Director of MNP Corporate Finance Inc., in MNP’s Calgary office where he advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing options.

Mike has more than 20 years of industry experience in corporate finance, turnarounds and restructurings, private equity, and venture capital. He has worked on transactions in Canada, the United States and Europe, and has experience in several industries, including, Distribution, Energy Services, Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics, and Financial Services.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Entrepreneurship from McGill University and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2001.
