Mark is a Vice President with KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. in Calgary, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions. Mark oversees the day-to-day activities of corporate finance engagements and is responsible for engagement execution.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2017, Mark was Vice President in the M&A advisory group of another Big 4 professional services firm in both Calgary and Edmonton.  Mark also brings prior experiences from the Corporate Banking and Financial Services sectors.

Mark has a wide variety of experience in the middle market with clients across various industries including energy services, construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial distribution, consumer retail and oil & gas.

Mark has a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Victoria, an MBA from the University of Alberta, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators and is a licensed Dealing Representative.
