Kyle Duignan is Director, Growth & Transition Capital in our Vancouver office, helping entrepreneurs access flexible financing solutions to fuel their business growth. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity, project development, banking and finance, and has directly managed the procurement, development and financing of investments exceeding $6 billion. Before joining BDC, Kyle was vice president of Forum Equity Partners and director of infrastructure investment at SNC-Lavalin Capital. He has also held positions with Partnerships BC, WattsWorth and UBS Warburg Energy. Kyle brings an engaged approach to his work: He’s passionate about helping clients in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland and the Yukon develop new products, enter new markets, make acquisitions or transfer their business to a new owner.
