Justin is CEO of Royalty North Partners based in Vancouver. Royalty North is a public company (RNP.V) that provides non-dilutive capital to business owners for growth, succession and acquisitions across a diversified set of industries.   

Justin is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over decades of progressive experience leading complex manufacturing and service businesses’ in both financial and operational roles.  He has experience across multiple sectors including aerospace, manufacturing, industrial services and telecommunications. Justin has been responsible for all business functions in his various roles and has successfully completed many accretive acquisitions.

Previous roles include co-investing with Regimen Capital Partners, a private equity fund, to acquire a business in the industrial services space where he acted as CEO.  He also held executive level roles with Cascade Aerospace, Conair Group and Zeugma Systems.

Justin is also committed to making a meaningful change in our local community and around the world and works actively with several not-for-profit organizations.  He is also a member of British Columbia Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
