Jerico was born and raised in St.Paul, Alberta, a small town of 6000 residents in north-east Alberta.  He is the middle child of 5 siblings and graduated from a francophone school. Jerico and his wife have been blessed with two beautiful children and have raised them in an immersion of English, French and Korean cultures.

MCSnet is a fixed wireless Internet provider in rural Alberta. Founded by his father in 1995, the VanBrabant Family prides themselves on being a second generation family business. Over the last 20 years with MCSnet, Jerico has developed vast experience and knowledge related to both wireless Internet and fiber networking. As a CTO for 10 years, he led the design and monitoring of one of Canada’s largest fixed wireless networks that now includes over 550 towers and provides Internet to approximately 26,000 subscribers. In November 2018, Jerico was named CEO and took over the reins from his father.

In his spare time, Jerico enjoys piloting his aircraft, spending quality time with his wife and children, motorcycling, hunting, firearms, and participating in archery competitions.
